The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is the largest non-profit organization that supports patients and families affected by blood cancers. LLS is headquartered in New York and employs approximately 1,000 people across the United States and Canada.
A need for an engaging career site
Attracting experienced as well as fresh, new talent is one of the key priorities for LLS. The old site was functional but static and didn’t fully satisfy the recruitment needs of LLS.
Phenom TXM was chosen as a technical solution for the new career site because of its unique CRM that allows to manage and track applicant experience. In June 2021, FourVision stepped in to implement it for LLS as an official Phenom’s partner.
Better experience for LLS applicants
Phenom TXM is an AI-powered platform for creating personalized career sites that engage candidates through extensive company presentation, tailored job selections, and recruitment campaigns. It equips HR teams with tools and insights to manage recruitment and employer branding in a data-driven way.
LLS opted for Phenom’s career site combined with the CRM to manage incoming applications, pipelined candidates and the analytics tool to quantify employer branding and hiring efforts. The non-profit uses the career site to showcase their culture, employment benefits, and diversity, equity, & inclusion commitment – all essential parts of their employer branding.
The project went smoothly, took several months to complete, and integrated collaboratively with LLS’s ATS (iCIMS). On 7 April 2022, the brand-new career site of LLS went live!
The customer is very happy with the result delivered by Phenom’s solution and FourVision’s consultant Sanne de Groot. “Sanne was phenomenal throughout the entire implementation process. She kept us on track and offered support to help speed up the process”, says Sharon Giotis, Vice President, Talent Acquisition & Internal Mobility at LLS. “Phenom’s platform enables us to showcase LLS as an employer of choice. It is easy-to-use and allows for on the spot updates and changes to content. Also, Sanne’s instruction was incredibly informative, and smart. ”, she adds. According to Sharon Giotis, the talent acquisition team is already noticing improved engagement on the career site: “We’re pleased with how the website looks and the activity the analytics reflect, particularly on our Benefits & Wellness and DE&I inner pages. We are excited to learn more about the content our candidates look for and how it impacts their decision to apply.”
