Microsoft has announced their name change from Dynamics 365 for Talent to Dynamics 365 Human Resources. (read the full press release here) As the name changes, so does the HR solution. The two applications Attract and Onboard will be retired. Clients can no longer purchase the Dynamics 365 for Talent solution from February 1st, 2020 onward. Attract will be replaced by LinkedIn Talent Hub. There is no alternative for Onboarding. By removing Attract and Onboard, Dynamics 365 Human resources is an incomplete solution for you as a partner, for your customers, or, if you are a customer, for your HR department.

The current Microsoft Attract App cannot be purchased anymore. Now what…?

The first is the LinkedIn Talent Hub; a logical step of Microsoft to support recruitment processes through LinkedIn. If possible, we will become the implementation partner for LinkedIn Talent hub.
However, this first option only tells half of the story.
There are many organizations that do not use LinkedIn or companies in countries where LinkedIn is not the main networking tool but something else is (like Xing). These businesses have a need for an Application Tracking System (ATS) which is a part of the Dynamics 365 platform. We regard Dynamics ATS as the best Applicant Tracking System you can get. So option two is to go with this solution.

And what about offer?
We will replace Offer by our Web App Document Management. The Document Management solution can create offers or any other contract, letter or formal document. We can drag and drop templates and letters easily. Any document can be stored separately, is fully GDPR compliant and available for the total Dynamics 365 Human Resource (formerly Talent) solution.
The Current Microsoft Onboard App is retired. What happens next?
