Our FourVision team has returned from Directions EMEA 2025 in Poznań, Poland, where we joined hundreds of Business Central partners, ISVs, and Microsoft experts for a week of innovation, networking, and inspiration.
From the moment we arrived, the energy was high and the conversations meaningful. Directions is always a great place to connect, but this year, something stood out: HRM is still the missing link in many partner portfolios.
Filling the HR Gap
Out of the dozens of ISVs present, only three focused on HR. And the feedback was clear: partners are actively looking for a reliable, integrated HR solution to complement their Business Central offerings. And that’s where we come in.

Our speaking session drew a great crowd, and we left Poznań with highly engaged partners and clear follow-up actions. The interest was genuine, and the conversations confirmed what we’ve known for a while: HRM is ready to take center stage in the Dynamics ecosystem.
Microsoft’s Vision and What’s Next
We also had the chance to attend Microsoft’s live announcements, which offered exciting insights into the future of Business Central. The roadmap ahead is promising, and we’re proud to be part of a community that’s driving innovation across industries.
Poznań Delivered
The event itself was beautifully organized. From the central Microsoft booth to the food and hospitality, Poznań proved to be a fantastic host. Our own booth was buzzing with activity, and we loved seeing familiar faces (and meeting new ones) throughout the week.
