Advanced HRM 4.9 Summer Release

Advanced HRM 4.9 Summer Release: More control, better insights, and a smoother HR experience

HR teams today are expected to do more than ever. They need to stay compliant, support managers with better insights, and create a seamless experience for employees, all while keeping processes efficient and manageable.

With Advanced HRM 4.9, we’ve focused on exactly that. This release brings together improvements that help you stay in control, make more informed decisions, and simplify everyday HR tasks – without adding complexity.

Stay in control across your organization

HR teams often lose time managing documents across separate tools, inboxes, folders, and manual follow-ups. Adobe Sign integration removes that friction. Documents are sent from Advanced HRM, signed through Adobe Acrobat Sign, and returned to the system automatically.

Why it matters

  1. No manual downloading
  2. No separate tracking sheets
  3. No disconnected signing process
  4. No uncertainty about document status

Benefits

  • Send documents for signature directly from Advanced HRM DMS
  • Support employees, managers, HR teams, applicants, and external signers
  • Use Adobe Acrobat Sign for a secure signing experience
  • Automatically store signed PDFs in the document record
  • Keep document workflows moving after signature completion
  • Route rejected documents based on configured workflow logic
  • Improve visibility over signing status and document progress
  • Reduce manual administration and follow-up work

The document includes a company logo, text about compliance and termination terms, and a signature area with a partially filled signature and date. A blue interface at the bottom prompts the user to click ‘Submit’ to sign.

In addition, advanced legal entity security gives you more precise control over who can access what information. This is especially valuable for organizations operating across multiple entities, where data security and compliance requirements are critical.

To further improve oversight, indirect manager visibility allows managers to gain better insight into their extended teams. This ensures that decision-makers have the context they need, even when employees don’t report to them directly.

A table lists employees with details such as name, email, phone number, job title, department, and reporting manager. A dropdown menu for hierarchy level is open, displaying levels 1 to 5, with level 5 selected.

Together, these updates help you stay in control, without slowing down your operations.

Make better HR decisions with clearer insights

Good decisions start with clear visibility. In Advanced HRM 4.9, we’ve introduced improvements that make it easier to plan ahead and evaluate performance more accurately.

The new company-wide leave calendar provides a centralized overview of employee availability. This makes it easier to plan resources, avoid conflicts, and keep teams running smoothly—especially during peak periods or across departments.

At the same time, weighted performance scoring brings more structure and fairness to performance evaluations. By assigning different weights to specific goals or competencies, you can ensure that performance reviews better reflect what truly matters in your organization.

These enhancements give HR teams and managers the tools they need to make more informed, data-driven decisions.

Create a smoother experience for employees and HR teams

HR processes should feel intuitive, for both employees and HR professionals. That’s why this release also focuses on improving the overall user experience.

The improved worker profile provides a clearer and more structured view of employee information. This makes it easier to find relevant details, reducing time spent searching and improving day-to-day efficiency.

In addition, the configurable navigation menu allows organizations to tailor the system to their own way of working. By highlighting the most relevant modules and simplifying navigation, users can move through the system more quickly and with greater ease.

These updates help make Advanced HRM not only more powerful, but also more approachable and user-friendly.
