With the latest release of Advanced HRM, request forms are more powerful and adaptable than ever. We’ve expanded the template library and improved configurability so you can shape HR processes around your organisation—not the other way around.

Each form can connect to a configurable approval workflow. For example, a request to update personal data or transfer an employee can be prefilled with current system data, routed for approval and—once approved—automatically update the system.

Recruitment: smarter, faster, more integrated
Our Recruitment Module now connects seamlessly with your HR core data, making the hiring process faster and more consistent.
From the moment a position becomes available, you can create a recruitment project directly from that open position. The project automatically collects relevant information from your HR system, ensuring all role details and organisational data are accurate before sending them to your preferred ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Once the vacancy is set up, our new AI-generated vacancy text feature creates professional job descriptions in seconds. This saves time and ensures a consistent tone of voice across all published roles.
Through ATS integration, you can attract and manage candidates while maintaining a direct link with Advanced HRM. Final applications flow back into the system, triggering the new hire workflow. From there, Advanced HRM supports the entire onboarding journey, automatically generating a personalised onboarding guide for the new employee.
And with Entry ID integration, the process goes one step further: from candidate to employee, all relevant systems are updated automatically, so your new hire is ready to work from day one.
Recruitment is no longer a disconnected process. It’s an integrated part of your HR strategy, from the first vacancy to the first working day.
Time & Attendance: Leave Management, Reimagined
Our leave module is now complete and more flexible than ever.
- Country-specific compliance
National holidays, bank holidays and employee leave are now combined in one calendar. This gives international teams a clear overview and makes planning easier. Previously, this feature was only part of the Microsoft HR licence, but it’s now available in Advanced HRM. - Better visibility for managers and teams
Leave management is a core part of every HR system, but we’ve made it more insightful. Extended leave calendars now give managers a clear view of who is on leave, both individually and in groups. This helps avoid overlap, balance workloads and maintain team stability during busy periods. A small extension with a big impact on daily operations.
Document management: Smarter retention
Document handling just got easier and more compliant:
- Automated retention rules
Expired documents are now removed automatically based on defined retention periods, helping you stay GDPR compliant without manual checks. - DocuSign integration
Documents generated in processes like Hire, Transfer or Termination can now be digitally signed directly from Advanced HRM. This makes your HR processes faster, safer and fully digital.
