It is February! Change is in the air, the days are getting longer and is not long until spring! But this is not the only change we see happening. It is now official! Microsoft’s HR solution is now known as Dynamics 365 Human Resources.
This means that, from now on, we will be working with Dynamics 365 Human Resources rather than Talent. The change signifies the retirement of the standard Attract and Onboard functionalities in the product.
The Core HR capabilities of Dynamics 365 Human Resources aid organizations in developing an agile workspace and workforce by centralizing personnel data and driving operational excellence. The fact that employee management and resources are always the most expensive part of the operational expenditure, makes it an incredibly important aspect of your business strategy to get right.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources is, therefore, even better than its predecessor in terms of supporting your HR solution with FourVision capabilities. Concretely, Microsoft acquired licenses to FourVision’s Leave and Absence functionality!
Leave and Absence allows you to quickly and easily manage any leave and absence plans. We know this is essential for you as an employer, and organization as a whole, to ensure business coverage and plan absences among your staff. Leave and Absence plans vary per country in terms of rules and regulations, eligibility, increase or decrease, limits, usage and carry overs.
Microsoft’s inclusion of our Leave and Absence functionality enables Dynamics 365 Human Resources to support organizations in managing leave and absence plans, such as; family leave, sick leave, doctors’ appointments, or holidays.
FourVision is Microsoft’s global leading Dynamics 365 Human Resources implementation partner. We have successfully implemented HR platforms in a variety of industries across multiple Microsoft environments for over a decade. FourVision also delivers an impressive suite of Web Apps that extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources.
