If you have not already made the decision that going to IAMPHENOM is a great idea, then you surely will by the end of this article!
On the website, IAMPHENOM promises us a fantastic event with an “amazing lineup of HR visionaries, technology gurus, and expert storytellers to enhance your understanding of talent experience.” So we did some research to find out who the keynote speakers are and what they will be talking about. Trust us, listening to them sharing their expertise is something you will want to experience!
Speaker 1: Mahe Bayreddi
First up is Phenom People CEO and co-founder Mahe Bayreddi who will kick off the event with his opening keynote lecture and then lead the CHRO panel in the morning on Wednesday March 4th and close off the event on Thursday. Mahe has “extensive knowledge in predictive intelligence and machine learning.” In his opening lecture: Phenom Innovation, he will take us on a journey through continued innovative developments regarding the talent experience and what is waiting for us in the future!
Speaker 2: Mark Divine
The next keynote speaker is Mark Divine, retired Navy SEAL Commander turned professor of leadership and founder of SealFit and Unbeatable Mind. As New York Times Bestselling author, Mark will talk to us about “The Way of The Seal; Think Like an Elite Warrior to Lead and Succeed” on Wednesday morning. Before retiring as a Navy Seal Commander in 2011, Mark’s team leadership had caught the attention of the government, who “tasked him with creating a nationwide mentoring program for SEAL trainees.” His method and recipe for success is that he does not solely focus on the physical aspect of fitness, but also on the psychological and emotional sides to help conquer the pressure put on Navy-SEALs; SealFit was born. He co-founded the leading website for SEAL gear, wrote three books so far, and became a licensed yoga instructor. Needless to say, he will be inspiring and interesting to listen to!
Speaker 3: Josh Bersin
Directly following Mark Divine is Josh Bersin. He will talk about the “Future of Talent Experience” on Wednesday March 4th. It is likely that many of you know Josh already. He is a global “industry analyst and founder of Bersin, a leading provider of research-based membership programs in human resources (HR), talent and learning.” He writes a blog regularly to keep us updated about the newest technology and how this impacts the talent business. His Academy keeps global communities of HR professionals on top of the newest developments “through powerful digital learning experiences.” In other words, he has a lot to tell us, teach us, and show us that we will want to hear, learn and see.
Speaker 4: Chip Heath
Last, but not least, we will hear from Chip Heath on Thursday 5 March. His keynote lecture called “Creating Moments that Matter” focuses on four important elements that contribute to our most positively remembered moments in both our working and private lives. Chip is a Professor of Organizational Behavior at Stanford Graduate School of Business. He paired up with his brother Dan to write books and, together, they have published four so far. The latest book “The Power of Moments: Why Certain Experiences have Extraordinary Impact” was published in 2017 and will serve as the inspiration for his keynote lecture.
Doesn’t this sound fantastic? We are ready to go to IAMPHENOM and hope to see you there.
