Personal background
Elliot grew up and moved between different states in the US: Atlanta, Georgia, and Memphis, Tennessee. He first studied for his AAS (Associate in Applied Sciences) in Travel management and later went to the University of Memphis, where he finished his bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management.
In his free time, Elliott likes to cook, travel, and interior decorating refurbished homes.
Professional background
Elliott originally started in the HR/Payroll industry with Paychex Inc. Then, he worked for over eight years in the hotel industry as a Front Desk Agent, supervisor and manager.
After eight years in the hotel industry, Elliott started working for Ceridian as a Payroll Technical Support Agent and Applications instructor, which eventually led him to work at Oracle Corporation as a senior Payroll Consultant for over three years.
Then, Elliott transferred to Oracle Corporation University as a Certified Oracle HRM Application instructor.
After working at Oracle for six years, Elliott joined Peoplesoft Inc. as a Principle HRPR Consultant for three years until Oracle purchased Peoplesoft. That move eventually led him to get a new opportunity at Elevate HR, a Gold Microsoft Partner. There, Elliott held multiple positions from Senior Consultant and Application Instructor to Senior QA Specialist during his twelve years of employment.
Elliott liked his previous positions since he has always enjoyed the customer service aspect of being a consultant, instructor, and front office agent. Knowing that he has helped his clients, made a positive impact during the working processes, and made some lifelong friends during the process.
Position at FourVision
At FourVision, Elliott is an Implementation Consultant responsible for managing the project scope and client implementations of the Dynamics 365 Human Resources/Finance and Operations application. Besides this, Elliott also helps the customer make recommendations, perform analysis, configuration, training, testing, and build a great relationship with the customer.
Elliott started working at FourVision in August 2021. He brings more than twenty years of experience in implementing Human Resource Systems, Payroll interfaces and Benefits Administrations applications on several software platforms such as Oracle, Peoplesoft, and Microsoft. Elliott believes that with his experience, work ethic, determination and award-winning smile, he can contribute to the growing success of the company.
